Tempered Glass
Tempered glasses are glass models that eliminate the ‘blind accident’ risk factor thanks to their ability to break into blunt pieces when they are hit in the event of an accident or crash.
In this glass model, which takes its final form after the heating – shock cooling processes, the tension is spread homogeneously and horizontally with different systems. The glass is resistant to thermal stress. It can be used safely in climatic regions open to harsh weather conditions, storms, hurricanes, heavy rainfalls or where accidents are high.
The glass is not broken into pieces as a regular glass and does not damage those around it. Cutting, drilling, edge processing or superficial operations cannot be performed. The color or brightness of the glass do not change after the thermal treatment.
